Change of Conductor for 27 November 2025 Concert
Hannu Lintu who was scheduled to conduct YNSO Subscription Concert No. 653 on 27 November is not able to travel to Japan due to circumstances beyond his control.
We are grateful for Pietari Inkinen who will now conduct this concert; the third piece in the programme will be changed to Sibelius “The Swan of Tuonela” instead of Saariaho “Ciel d'hiver,” and the rest of the programme remains unchanged.
We deeply apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the concert and greatly appreciate your understanding. There is no cancellation or refund due to this change.
We would also like to thank Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra where Inkinen conducts in March 2026 who gladly accepted this engagement.
